With this video series, we told the personal stories of individuals at all levels at HNTB. Each was strategically created to target key demographics for new hires from individuals at competitor firms to recent graduates. This series introduced HNTB to these potential hires and the public, and provided a deeper dive into the history and culture. During the creation of this video series, I challenged the status quo of what corporate communications should look like, which led to a national push for using similar storytelling, not only at HNTB, but other competitor firms throughout the industry. I created the concept, filmed, and coordinated editing for the series. This storyboard was then established across the board at HNTB for communications and recruiting efforts.
