During my time at HNTB, one of the main goals of the NJTA, was to create a public document that outlined their strategic plan for the next decade. I created a document that refreshed NJTA’s image for years to come. The final result was a comprehensive document that had the look and feel of a magazine, but that also outlined important plans, financials and information that would be essential for the public and NJTA clients to see. The strategic plan and its new creative design, was successfully accepted and then championed by two generations of leadership and board members at the NJTA and initiated new possibilities for their internal and external communications.
